That is the only period worth remembering when using the tools that run on a server.
The server-side result
It is held for sixty minutes and then deleted. Long enough to download, short enough that a contract does not sit somewhere you cannot see.
Browser tools
They upload nothing in the first place, so there is nothing to keep or delete. The file stays where it is.
The account
Deleting the account removes the data attached to it, apart from the billing records that have to be kept.
The three rules
- The page tools work inside your browser, so those files are never sent anywhere
- PDF to Word, PDF to Excel and Office to PDF are converted on the server, and the result is deleted after 60 minutes
